Recently, the County Federation of Trade Unions organized a pre-shift model worker storytelling session at Haihui Environmental Protection Equipment Company, themed "Model Workers Lead, Team Innovation Empowerment" in Juxian County. Liu Weijun, deputy secretary of the Party Group and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Juxian County, and Li Peiyu, member of the Party Group and vice chairman of the County Federation of Trade Unions, attended the event.
During the activity, Liu Weijun made requirements from four aspects: how to excavate the stories of model workers, focus on story inheritance interaction, establish a long-term work mechanism for team leaders, and promote innovative practices in teams. He pointed out that in recent years, Haihui Environmental Protection has been deeply engaged in the field of technological innovation, continuously promoting the construction of lean management system, and has achieved remarkable results in the process of innovation-driven development. As a national pilot unit for team building and innovation, this series of achievements deserve full recognition. He emphasized that the company should thoroughly implement the new development concept, take innovation as the engine, deepen reform as the driving force, accelerate the cultivation of new productivity, and continuously enhance its core competitiveness. The event invited Cheng Xuexiao, a model worker in the province and the deputy general manager of Haihui New Energy Automobile Company, to share his story of being a model worker. He spoke on the theme of "promoting the spirit of model workers and empowering team innovation", and talked about his own experience growing from a technician to a model worker in the province, from persisting in continuous learning, striving for excellence, constantly summarizing, and constantly innovating. Many employees were deeply inspired and spoke their minds.
