• 2.What is your MOQ?

  10 pcs for roller and 1 pc for pulley.

• 3.Do you provide roller samples ? is it free or extra ?

  Yes, we could offer the sample for free, with the cost of freight paid by customer.

• 4.How long is your delivery time?

  Usually, rollers take about 3-4 weeks, and pulleys take about 4-5 weeks.

• 5.What is your terms of payment?

  30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

• 6.What is your delivery term?

  EXW,FOB,CIF...

• 7.How do you pack the products?

  Plywood cases, pallets, iron frames...

• 8.What are the surface treatment methods for the products?

  Painting, galvanizing,rubber lagging,ceramic lagging...

• 9.How long is your warranty period?

  12 months.
