DTII belt conveyor is a kind of conveyor, which belongs to general-purpose series (Code: D represents fixed belt conveyor, T represents general-purpose type, and II represents series number). It can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, port, power station, building materials, chemical industry, light industry, petroleum and other industries.
The working ambient temperature applicable to DTII fixed belt conveyor is generally - 25 ° ~ + 40 ° C. For the belt conveyor working in special environment, if it is required to have conditions such as heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproof, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof and flame retardant, corresponding protective measures shall be taken separately.
The block size of materials allowed to be transported by the conveyor depends on the bandwidth, belt speed, groove angle and inclination, as well as the frequency of large materials. The maximum block size applicable to various bandwidths is recommended to be selected according to table 1 in this series. When transporting hard rock, when the bandwidth exceeds 1200mm, the belt shall be limited to 350mm generally, and shall not increase with the increase of bandwidth.
